Shipping policy

We ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Carriers We Use:

  • UPS, FedEx, USPS (based on item size, weight, and destination)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Ground (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited (2–3 business days)

  • LTL Freight (for heavy or bulk items – 5–10 business days)

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Free Shipping:
Orders $150+ (before tax) within the continental U.S. qualify for free ground shipping.

Shipping Areas:

  • We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • For AK, HI, or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering

Packaging:
Items are securely packed. Tires may ship unboxed, banded in plastic; wheels and tools are boxed carefully.

Backorders:
If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer options (wait, switch, or refund).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If damaged or missing, contact us within 2 business days. Keep packaging and take photos.

Undeliverable Packages:
Returned packages may incur re-shipping fees. We’ll reach out if a package is returned due to address issues.

Signature Requirement:
High-value orders may require a signature. You can request this during checkout or by contacting us.
