Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review the guidelines below.

Return Window & Condition:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and manufacturer labels intact.
Mounted, used, or installed products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Mounted or used tires

  • Wheels that have had tires mounted

  • Custom, special-order, or final sale items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

Return Authorization (RMA):
Before sending anything back, please email us at support@bomatiresupply.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent without RMA approval may be refused.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
If your order had free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees:
A 20% restocking fee may apply for correctly shipped, non-defective items. This covers inspection and repackaging.
Restocking fees are waived in cases of verified defects or shipping errors.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Notify us within 5 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged. We’ll assist with returns or exchanges at our expense.
Do not use or install a defective item. Keep packaging and take photos for claims.

Exchanges:
Need a different product or size? Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. In some cases, direct exchanges may be arranged—just ask when requesting your RMA.
